Good Faith Estimate

Empower Counseling Center understands the importance of being transparent regarding the costs associated with the services being provided to you. 

If you choose to seek treatment from Empower Counseling Center, we will provide you a "Good Faith Estimate" that goes over of your expected costs in your paperwork. You will sign a form agreeing to those charges prior to your appointment.

Empower Counseling Center fully complies with the federal “No Surprises Act”, enacted in 2022. 

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all Healthcare Providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protection against surprise billing.

While Empower Counseling Center is an out-of-network provider, you can choose to get care from a provider or facility in your health plan’s network. That may cost you less. If you have any questions on how to find a provider within your health plan network, please call the number on the back of your healthcare card.
